These Terms apply to Sylvie’s website, digital products, order now products, and related digital services.

Sylvie provides curated cultural and social context, including event information, venue signals, community patterns, and private digital briefings. Sylvie is context, not permission. It is not a referral, credential, invitation, guest-list placement, access pass, concierge service, or guarantee of admission.

Sylvie does not provide private-person tracking, private addresses, private guest lists, or confidential personal information.

Some Sylvie products may be available for order now before final delivery. When a product is offered as an order now, the product page will state the expected delivery date and delivery method. Digital products may be delivered through Gumroad, private link, web-based list, interactive map, PDF, email notification, or another digital format.

Sylvie does not guarantee admission, acceptance, RSVP approval, ticket availability, event quality, event safety, pricing, timing, venue policies, guest lists, attendance by any person, or that any event will happen as originally described. Event details, availability, access rules, pricing, RSVP status, and venue policies may change.

You are responsible for your own decisions, safety, transportation, conduct, purchases, RSVPs, tickets, and compliance with all venue, host, organizer, and event rules.

Sylvie is context, not permission. Do not use Sylvie’s name as a referral, credential, invitation, or way in. Sylvie does not speak for any host, venue, organization, or event. You may not tell anyone that Sylvie invited you, referred you, approved you, gave you special access, or suggested that a host, venue, organization, or event sent you. Read the room. Respect the room.

You agree not to use Sylvie to harass, stalk, intimidate, target, exploit, mislead, impersonate, bypass access controls, disrupt events, or misrepresent your relationship with Sylvie, any host, venue, organization, event, sponsor, or attendee. You also agree not to use Sylvie for aggressive prospecting, spam, scraping, unauthorized data collection, or conduct that could damage the integrity of a room, host, venue, organization, or community. Users may not submit private, stolen, hacked, or unlawfully obtained information.

Sylvie drops are for your personal use only. You may not copy, resell, repost, forward, scrape, publish, distribute, or commercially exploit Sylvie content without written permission.

Sylvie owns its branding, copy, research structure, list format, rankings, labels, presentation, and original content. Purchasing a Sylvie product gives you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to access the product. It does not transfer ownership of Sylvie’s intellectual property.

Sylvie may link to third-party websites, venues, ticketing pages, event pages, maps, social platforms, Gumroad, or other services. Sylvie is not responsible for third-party websites, event organizers, venue decisions, ticketing platforms, payment processors, policies, or actions. Purchases may be processed through Gumroad. Gumroad’s own terms and policies may also apply to your purchase.

Third-party names, venues, events, logos, and links remain the property of their respective owners. References to third parties do not imply endorsement, sponsorship, affiliation, or partnership.

Payments are processed by Gumroad or another third-party payment provider. Sylvie does not receive or store your full payment card number. You agree to provide accurate purchase and contact information.

Sylvie digital products are non-refundable unless otherwise stated on the product page or required by law. Please review the Refund Policy before purchasing.

Unless a product page clearly states otherwise, Sylvie purchases are one-time digital product purchases and do not create a subscription or recurring charge.

Your use of Sylvie is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Sylvie is intended for users who are 18 or older. By using the website or purchasing Sylvie products, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

Sylvie may suspend or revoke access if we believe a user has violated these Terms, misused Sylvie content, redistributed the product, misrepresented Sylvie, or acted in a way that damages the integrity of a room, host, venue, organization, or community.

Sylvie is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise that the website, product, links, information, or digital materials will be error-free, uninterrupted, complete, or always current.

Sylvie may update, remove, or correct information at any time, but has no obligation to do so. Event details may change, and users are responsible for verifying details directly with the venue, host, organizer, or ticketing platform before attending.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Sylvie will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses related to event changes, denied entry, inaccurate third-party information, third-party actions, user conduct, or reliance on Sylvie content.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.

If you purchase a product or join a list, we may email you about your purchase, delivery, product updates, and related Sylvie announcements. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. Transactional emails about purchases, delivery, support, or account issues may still be sent.

We may share limited information with service providers that help us operate Sylvie, including: Gumroad for checkout, payment processing, and product delivery; Email service providers; Website hosting providers; Analytics and advertising tools, including Meta Pixel; Customer support or operations tools. We do not sell your personal information for money.

We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary to provide Sylvie, deliver purchased products, maintain records, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, and operate the business.

Sylvie is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We use reasonable measures to protect information, but no website, platform, or digital transmission is completely secure.
